The MALS13 is a 10 mm by 10 mm square, 300 μm pitch, ± 2.00° Divergence angle microlens array with effective focal length of 4.8 mm. Microlens arrays are commonly used for homogenizing and shaping a variety of modern light emitters ranging from a line-narrowed excimer lasers to high power LEDs. UV Grade Fused Silica offers excellent transmission from UV to IR, making it suitable for many applications. These microlens arrays are manufactured using photolithographic techniques based on semiconductor processing technology. The microlens arrays yield exceptionally accurate shaping of the lens profile and precise positioning of the lenses. An assortment of lens pitches and focal lengths is available to satisfy the need for almost any application.
