The M-IMS600CCHA is a 600 mm travel linear stage with a FEM-optimized aluminum body and recirculating ball bearing slides for high stiffness and load capacity. It uses a backlash-free ball screw and a linear steel scale with 20 µm signal period to achieve 0.1 µm resolution and 1 µm bi-directional repeatability, driven by a DC servo motor. Maximum speed is 200 mm/s, with a 600 N normal load capacity and optical limit and origin switches. The stage measures 968 mm in length and 152.4 mm in width, with a top plate featuring 5 M5 and 5 M4 threaded holes on 174 mm and 92 mm diameters, respectively. The bearing center is 66 mm below the top surface. A 5 m motor cable and metrology report are included.
