New England Tubing Technologies specializes in custom extrusions featuring small diameter, thin-wall, tight tolerance extruded tubing. Building on more than 50 years of extrusion experience of our parent company, New England Wire Technologies, we utilize our comprehensive background in thermoplastic extrusion, in-house tool fabrication facility, and extensive technical staff to effectively extrude a wide range of thermoplastic materials which enables us to deliver quality, custom products to meet our customers’ exacting needs. We provide custom configurations with outer diameters less than 1Fr (.33 mm) to larger than 1” (25.4 mm) and inner diameters from 0.003” (.075 mm) to larger than 1” (25.44 mm). We also offer a vast array of standard colors as well as custom color matches, blended compounds, radiopaque compounds, numerous biocompatible and sterilization safe compounds, and compounds designed for flame-retardancy and chemical compatibility, ensuring we can provide our customers with custom tubing in the ideal color and construction required. Tubing is precision cut to length or can be supplied in bulk packaging.
