The PS7804-1A-A is a 1-channel solid state relay with an integrated GaAs LED and MOS FET output, housed in a 4-pin ultra small flat-lead package measuring 4.2 mm × 2.5 mm × 1.85 mm. It has a typical on-state resistance of 1.1 Ω, a continuous load current rating of 400 mA, and an isolation voltage of 500 Vrms. The device is Pb-free and UL approved under No. E72422. It is designed for AC/DC switching applications with low output capacitance and low off-state leakage current, suitable for high-frequency signal control in measurement equipment.
