The PS7141L-2A-A is a solid state relay with two normally open channels, featuring GaAs LEDs and MOS FETs for analog signal control, housed in an 8-pin surface mount DIP package measuring 9.25 mm in length and 7.62 mm in width. It supports a maximum output voltage of 400 V and a continuous load current of 150 mA per channel, with an isolation voltage of 1,500 Vrms.
