The PS7141-2A-A is an 8-pin DIP solid state relay with two normally open channels, each containing a GaAs LED and MOS FET, designed for AC/DC switching with low offset voltage and high linearity. It has a 400 V MOS FET breakdown voltage, supports up to 150 mA continuous load current per channel, and operates within an ambient temperature range of −40 to +85 °C.
