The Pulsor rotor stator uses a pumping rotor and toothed stator to provide moderate shear and medium flow capacity. The Pulsor is a great solution for tank-to-tank or recirculating processes where the final product can be achieved in multiple passes or with additional mixing downstream. Available in 2 configurations for increased pumping action.
The UltraShear rotor stator provides a lower flow in exchange for the highest shear of the ShearPro tools. Use an UltraShear rotor stator to achieve the smallest particle size in a single pass through the ShearPro. Exceptional for use of thickening agents such as guar gum or polyacrylamide. Available in 4 configurations increasing in shear stages.
