This Multiconductor Shielded Cable is designed to meet Defence Standard 61-12 Part 4, featuring 12 cores with a conductor size of 0.22 mm¬= (7 strands of 0.2 mm each). The cable is constructed with electrolytic annealed tinned copper conductors and is braid screened, providing effective shielding for high-density wiring applications between components and within electronic equipment. The cable has a nominal core resistance of 92Oc/km and a current rating of 1 Amp per core. It is insulated with PVC, offering a minimum insulation resistance of 100 MOcvókm and a test voltage of 1000V for core-to-core connections. The outer sheath is made of black and grey PVC, suitable for a temperature range of 0¬8C to +70¬8C, and can handle a nominal voltage of 440V AC rms at 1600Hz. With a minimum bending radius of 6 times the cable diameter, this cable is suitable for various applications, although it is not intended for direct connection to mains power supplies.
