The PVC Insulation Tape, measuring 19mm in width and 20m in length, is available in a multicolour pack of 10. This tape is designed for various applications including colour coding and insulation of electrical cabling, masking during chemical and electro-plating processes, and providing abrasion protection for cable harnessing in household appliances. It is also suitable for degaussing and coil wrapping, as well as masking and protecting aircraft portholes during manufacturing. The tape features a total thickness of 0.13mm, with a peel adhesive strength of at least 1.6 N/cm and a tensile strength of at least 22 N/cm. It has a voltage breakdown of 7.5 kV and exhibits an elongation of over 180%. The product is fire retardant and can operate within a temperature range of -12¬8C to +80¬8C. For optimal adhesion, it is recommended to apply the tape under maximum pressure and allow a bonding period of 24 hours at 23¬8C. The tape should be stored in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area, ideally between 10¬8C and 30¬8C, to ensure a minimum shelf life of six months.
