The MP000031 is an 800V, 7A N-channel MOSFET in an ITO-220AB molded plastic package, designed for AC adapters, battery chargers, and switch-mode power supplies. It has a continuous drain current rating of 7A at 25°C case temperature, a maximum power dissipation of 50W, and a drain-source on-state resistance of up to 1.65Ω at Vgs=10V and ID=3.5A. The device supports a pulsed drain current of 28A and has an avalanche energy rating of 450mJ at Ias=7A. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.5°C/W, and the operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. Gate threshold voltage is between 2V and 4V, and total gate charge is 26.8nC at VDS=640V and ID=7A.
