It has a continuous collector current rating of 16 A, a collector-emitter voltage of 150 V, and a maximum power dissipation of 150 W at 25°C case temperature. The device features a dc current gain of 15 to 60 at 8 A collector current, a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1 V max at 8 A and 0.8 A base current, and a junction temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.17°C/W. The transistor meets RoHS standards.
