Morgan Advanced Materials Active Brazing Filler Metal Copper-ABA®

Description
The Wesgo Metals business of Morgan Technical Ceramics manufactures and supplies high-purity, low vapour pressure brazing alloys in various forms. Precious and non-precious alloys are available in atomized powder, discs, evaporation slugs, extrudable paste, FlexibrazeTM, preforms, ribbon, rings, sheet, washers, and wire. Active Brazing Alloys (ABATM) provide a single-step approach for joining ceramics to metals by eliminating the need for prior metallization of the ceramic surface, as the active components promote wetting on the ceramic surface. One-step brazing with ABA® replaces metallizing, firing and electroplating, offering savings in time and cost. ABA®’s are available in Gold, Silver, Titanium and Copper based materials and offer highly reliable hermetic seals between ceramic and metal for both oxide and non-oxide ceramics. Available alloy forms include foil, wire and paste.
