The MP8736DL-LF-P is a fully integrated synchronous rectified step-down switch mode converter designed for high efficiency across a wide output current load range. It supports an input voltage range of 4.5V to 19V and can deliver up to 6A of output current. The device features integrated 30m,Ѷ high-side and 12m,Ѷ low-side MOSFETs, which contribute to its efficiency and performance. This regulator employs Constant-On-Time (COT) control mode for fast transient response and simplified loop stabilization. It includes a programmable frequency pin, allowing optimization of system performance, with a switching frequency range from 100kHz to 2.5MHz. The MP8736DL-LF-P also incorporates multiple protection features, including short-circuit protection (SCP), over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown.
