The MP6650GJL-0000-P is a single-phase brushless DC motor driver designed for driving fan motors with an output current capability of up to 2A. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 3.3V to 18V and features integrated power MOSFETs with a total on-resistance of 740mΩ. The device includes an embedded Hall sensor for high sensitivity and offers configurable speed control through a PWM signal, allowing for adjustable speed curves. Key protection features include input line reverse voltage protection, rotor deadlock protection, thermal shutdown, and input over-voltage and under-voltage lockout with automatic recovery.
