The MP6215DH-LF is a single-channel power distribution switch designed to operate with a nominal input voltage of 3.3V or 5V. The device includes over-current protection that transitions to a constant current mode during overload conditions, and thermal shutdown protection that activates if the junction temperature exceeds approximately 140°C, with recovery occurring once the temperature drops to around 120°C.
