The MP4569 is a synchronous step-down switching regulator designed for high efficiency in various applications, including automotive and industrial power systems. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 75V and can deliver an output current of up to 0.3A. The device features integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, which contribute to its efficiency. A low quiescent current of 3.5OºA in shutdown mode makes it suitable for battery-powered applications. The regulator includes programmable soft-start functionality and thermal shutdown protection to ensure reliable operation.
