The MP1921HQ-A-LF-P is a high-frequency, half-bridge gate driver designed for N-channel power MOSFETs, capable of handling supply voltages up to 100V. It features independently controlled low side and high side driver channels with a propagation delay of approximately 16ns and gate drive matching of less than 5ns. The device includes an integrated bootstrap diode, which minimizes the need for external components. It operates with a supply voltage range of 9V to 18V and can drive a 1nF load with rise and fall times of 12ns and 9ns, respectively, at a 12V supply.
