SLIMDIP-S is a transfer molding type insulated integrated power module featuring an RC-IGBT inverter bridge for three-phase DC-to-AC conversion, designed for AC 100-240V motor inverter drives with DC bus voltages up to 400V. It includes built-in bootstrap diodes with an 80-120 Ω current-limiting resistor and open-emitter configuration. The module provides integrated drive circuits, under-voltage, short-circuit, and over-temperature protection on the N-side, fault signaling, and analog temperature monitoring via the VOT pin. It supports 3V and 5V Schmitt-triggered logic inputs and complies with UL1557. The package measures 34.0 mm × 47.5 mm, with terminals available in normal or short configurations. Maximum collector current is 5 A per IGBT at TC=25°C, with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 600 V and an isolation voltage of 2000 Vrms. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 5.4 K/W per 1/6 module, and the case operating temperature range is -30°C to +115°C.
