The PSS75SA2FT is a 1200V, 75A insulated transfer-molded DIPIPM module for 3-phase DC/AC inversion in 400V AC motor control applications. It integrates IGBTs, bootstrap diodes with built-in current-limiting resistors, driver circuits, and protection features including short-circuit and under-voltage shutdown for N-side IGBTs, with fault signaling and analog temperature output. The module has an insulated package with N-side IGBT open emitter and operates within a case temperature range of -30°C to +100°C. It supports a 5V Schmitt trigger input and meets UL1557 certification. Junction-to-case thermal resistance is 0.77 K/W for the IGBT and 1.20 K/W for the freewheeling diode per 1/6 module. Isolation voltage is 2500 Vrms.
