The PS22A78-E is a 1200V/35A insulated transfer-molded DIPIPM for 3-phase DC/AC inverter applications, designed for AC 400V class motor control. It features built-in LPT-CSTBT IGBTs, integrated drive and protection circuitry including short-circuit and under-voltage protection for N-side IGBTs, and a fault output signal. The module has a case temperature operating range of -20°C to +100°C and a junction temperature range of -20°C to +150°C, with 2500 Vrms isolation between pins and the heat sink.
