The PS22A74 is a 1200V, 15A three-phase DC/AC inverter intelligent power module with built-in drive, protection, and temperature sensing circuitry, designed for AC 400V class motor control. It features an insulated transfer molding package, N-side IGBT open emitter, and integrates high-voltage ICs for drive and fault signaling. The module supports under-voltage and short-circuit protection on the N-side, with fault output and analog temperature output. It operates with a 5V logic input interface and is UL 1557 recognized. The case operates up to 100°C, with a junction temperature range of -20°C to 150°C, and an isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms. Thermal resistance is 1.15 K/W for the IGBT per 1/6 module and 1.60 K/W for the FWDI per 1/6 module. Input and control supply voltages are rated up to 20 V. Short-circuit protection activation current is 25.5 A with no external shunt resistor.
