The PM200RG1B065 is an insulated intelligent power module designed for general-purpose inverter, servo drive, and motor control applications. It features a flat-base package with dimensions following standard tolerances and includes built-in over-temperature protection and fault output signals for each inverter and brake arm. The inverter section supports a collector-emitter voltage of 650 V, continuous collector current of 200 A, and total power dissipation of 595 W at 25°C case temperature, while the brake section supports 100 A continuous collector current and 357 W power dissipation. Junction temperature ranges from -20°C to 150°C, and the module is rated for 2500 V RMS isolation voltage. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.21 K/W for IGBT and 0.33 K/W for freewheeling diode in the inverter section. The device is UL recognized under UL1557 and compliant with RoHS 2011/65/EU and (EU)2015/863.
