Mini-Circuits Balun TCN1-10+

The TCN1-10+ is a ceramic balun designed for RF applications, operating within a frequency range of 680 to 1050 MHz with a characteristic impedance of 50,Ѷ. It features a miniature size of 0.12"x0.06"x0.037" and is constructed using low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. The balun can handle a maximum input RF power of 5W, which derates to 2.5W at 100¬8C, and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -55¬8C to 100¬8C. The device exhibits low insertion loss, with typical values of 0.7 dB at 800-900 MHz and 0.9 dB across the broader frequency range. It also maintains phase unbalance of 1.0 degrees and amplitude unbalance of 0.25 dB at 800-900 MHz. The TCN1-10+ is RoHS compliant and is available in tape and reel packaging, making it suitable for automated assembly processes. Applications include TDMA, CDMA, GSM, WAN, TACS, and AMPS.
