It operates from a minimum supply voltage of 2.2 V with a typical current consumption of 10 μA at 25°C. The device offers selectable output logic (active H or L) and output form (CMOS or N-channel open drain), with hysteresis options of 0°C, 2°C, 4°C, or 10°C. It is housed in SOT-23-5 or SNT-6A packages and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The part is lead-free, Sn 100%, and halogen-free.
