The Minco AS7614PD765X3S0X0X is a flameproof RTD sensor designed for use in hazardous areas classified as Zone 1 or Zone 2. It is compliant with IEC/EN 60079-0 and IEC/EN 60079-1 standards, as well as the ATEX directive 94/9/EC, ensuring safety in explosive environments. The sensor features a tip-sensitive probe made from stainless steel or MgO filled materials, providing a temperature measurement range of -50 to 260¬8C (-58 to 500¬8F) with a fast response time. The construction includes a spring-loaded holder that ensures good contact with the measured surface, and it is available with U.S. or metric threads. The connection head is made of 316 stainless steel with an IP66 rating, suitable for various environmental conditions. The sensor can withstand pressure ratings of up to 100 psi (6.9 bar) and has a minimum insulation resistance of 100 megohms at 100 VDC. Special options for higher temperature ranges are also available, making it versatile for different applications.
