GP2T040A120X-KBT is a bare die MOSFET for use in power applications, supplied on KGD blue tape in a 26 mm x 16 mm die array with 1100 µm die-to-die spacing. It is stored in a nitrogen-purged cabinet at 15°C to 25°C with humidity below 30% RH and has a maximum shelf life of 6 months. ESD mitigation protocols must be followed during handling. The die is part of a series of bare die MOSFETs released under SemiQ's general storage and handling guidelines.
