The cylindrical M18 pico+100/WK/F/A ultrasonic sensor from microsonic, with an ultrasound frequency of 200 kHz and a push-pull switch output has a range of 120-1,000 mm. Configuration is possible using IO-Link, Teach-in via a Com input at Pin 5, or LCA-2 with LinkControl. The special 90° angled head, the high IP67 protection class and the M12 connection make the use of the pico+100/WK/F/A ultrasonic sensor possible in many industrial applications, e.g. for the positioning or presence detection of objections, and for person recognition.
