Microsemi Corp. Bipolar Transistors - BJT JANS2N6989/TR

The JANS2N6989/TR is a quad NPN silicon switching transistor array in a 20-lead leadless flatpack package, designed for high-reliability switching applications. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 50 Vdc, collector current of 800 mAdc, and total power dissipation of 1.0 W at +25°C. The junction operating temperature ranges from -65°C to +200°C. It meets MIL-PRF-19500/559 qualification standards. The package measures 0.785 in x 0.290 in x 0.220 in and features pin assignments as defined for the 2N6989U series, with collectors on pins 1, 7, 8, and 14; bases on pins 2, 6, 9, and 13; emitters on pins 3, 5, 10, and 12; and pins 4 and 11 as no-connects.
