APT42F50S is a 500V, 42A N-channel FREDFET power MOSFET optimized for high-reliability switching in ZVS phase-shifted bridge, half-bridge, PFC, and buck converter applications. It is packaged in a TO-247 case with a mounting torque of 1.1 N⋅m and weighs 6.2 g. The device has a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 0.13 Ω at 21A and 10V gate drive, a reverse recovery time of 260 ns at 25°C, and an avalanche energy rating of 930 mJ. It features low gate charge (170 nC), low Crss/Ciss ratio, and RoHS compliance. Junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
