APT24M80B is an 800V, 25A N-channel MOSFET in a TO-247 package for switch-mode power applications such as PFC, boost, and flyback converters. It has a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 0.39Ω at 10V gate drive and 12A current, and a single-pulse avalanche energy rating of 975 mJ. The device features ultra-low gate-to-drain capacitance for reduced switching noise and EMI, with a gate charge of 150 nC. It operates from -55°C to 150°C junction temperature and meets RoHS compliance. The TO-247 package has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.20°C/W and a mounting torque rating of 1.1 N·m.
