Microsemi Corp. Bipolar Transistors - BJT 2N4854U

The 2N4854U is a surface-mount, complementary NPN/PNP silicon small-signal dual transistor in a hermetically sealed ceramic 6-pin U package, designed for high-reliability military applications. It is qualified to JANTXV level per MIL-PRF-19500/421 and operates with a maximum collector current of 600 mA, collector-emitter voltage of 40 V, and collector-base voltage of 60 V. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 290 °C/W for both transistors, with a total power dissipation of 0.60 W at 25 °C ambient. The device meets RoHS compliance in commercial grade variants and has a junction and storage temperature range of -65 to +200 °C. Package dimensions include a body length of 1.52 to 1.78 mm and width of 6.10 to 6.35 mm.
