Microsemi Corp. Bipolar Transistors - BJT 2N2946A/TR

The 2N2946A is a PNP silicon small signal transistor qualified to JANTXV level for high-reliability applications, housed in a TO-46 metal can package with dimensions of 4.52 to 4.95 mm in diameter and 12.70 to 44.45 mm in length. It has a collector-to-emitter voltage rating of -35 V, a collector current of -100 mA, and a total power dissipation of 400 mW at 25°C, with thermal resistance of 435 °C/W. The device meets MIL-PRF-19500/382 qualification standards and is RoHS compliant in commercial grade versions. Emitter, base, and collector terminal assignments are defined as leads 1, 2, and 3 respectively.
