The UCS2112T-1-V/G4 is a dual USB port power switch designed to operate within a source voltage range of 2.9V to 5.5V. It can deliver a continuous current of 3.0A per V_BUS port, with a maximum of 3.4A, and features an on-resistance of 40 mOc per switch. The device includes independent enable pins for each port, dual fault alert outputs, and supports constant current or trip mode current limiting. It is equipped with undervoltage and overvoltage lockout protections, as well as back-drive and back-voltage protection. The UCS2112T-1-V/G4 supports SMBus 2.0/I¬=C communication, allowing for programmable current limits and self-contained current monitoring without the need for external sense resistors. It offers a wide operating temperature range from -40¬8C to +105¬8C and is UL recognized, as well as certified to EN/IEC 60950-1 standards. The product has passed Automotive AEC-Q100 reliability testing, making it suitable for automotive applications. It is packaged in a compact 4x4 mm 20-pin QFN format, which includes an exposed thermal pad for improved heat dissipation.
