The device includes undervoltage lockout circuitry, ensuring the output remains low when VBOOST drops below 7.8 volts, and activates when VBOOST exceeds 11.3 volts. This driver exhibits fast switching characteristics with rise and fall times of less than 40 ns at a load of 1000 pF.
