The TC4467/TC4468/TC4469 series of MOSFET drivers are designed for high-performance applications, featuring four output channels with a peak output current capability of 1.2 A. These devices operate within a wide voltage range of 4.5 V to 18 V and are capable of sourcing up to 250 mA continuously into ground-referenced loads. They exhibit symmetrical rise and fall times of 25 ns and short delay times of 75 ns, making them suitable for fast switching applications. The drivers include integrated logic gates, allowing for configurations such as NAND, AND, and AND/INV, which can simplify circuit design by reducing the number of external components required. They are robust against latch-up and can withstand inductive kickback of up to 500 mA.
