The TC4432EOA is a high-speed MOSFET driver capable of delivering a peak output current of 1.5A and operating within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 30V. It features a high capacitive load drive capability, able to drive loads of 1000pF in just 25ns, and has short delay times of less than 78ns. The device consumes low supply current, drawing 2.5mA with a logic '1' input and only 300µA with a logic '0' input. The TC4432EOA is designed with low output impedance of 7Oc and includes latch-up protection, allowing it to withstand reverse currents greater than 300mA. It is also ESD protected up to 4kV, ensuring reliability in various applications. The device incorporates under-voltage lockout circuitry, which forces the output to a low state when the input supply voltage drops below 7V, providing additional protection during operation. This driver is suitable for applications such as small motor drives, power MOSFET driving, and driving bipolar transistors. It is available in an 8-pin package type, including PDIP, SOIC, and CERDIP configurations.
