The TC4429EOA is a high-speed, single-output MOSFET driver capable of delivering a peak output current of 6A. It operates within a wide input supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and features a low output impedance of 2.5Oc. The driver is designed with latch-up protection, allowing it to withstand reverse output currents greater than 1.5A, and is ESD protected up to 4kV. This inverting driver is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels, accommodating input voltages from -5V to VDD + 0.3V without damage. The device exhibits matched rise and fall times of 25ns into a 2500pF load and a short delay time of approximately 55ns. It is suitable for applications such as switch-mode power supplies, motor controls, pulse transformer drivers, and Class D switching amplifiers.
