The TC4423EMF713 is a dual high-speed power MOSFET driver capable of delivering a peak output current of 3A. It operates within a wide input supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and can drive capacitive loads of up to 1800 pF in less than 35 ns. The device features short delay times of less than 40 ns and matched rise and fall times, ensuring efficient switching performance. It has low supply current requirements, drawing a maximum of 3.5 mA with a logic '1' input and 350 µA with a logic '0' input. The TC4423EMF713 is designed with a low output impedance of approximately 3.5Oc, providing robust performance even in the presence of large transients. It is latch-up protected and can withstand reverse currents of up to 1.5A. The logic inputs are tolerant to negative swings of up to 5V, enhancing its versatility in various applications. The device is ESD protected up to 4 kV and is pin-compatible with several other driver families, making it suitable for integration into existing designs. It is available in a space-saving 8-pin DFN package, ideal for applications such as switch mode power supplies and pulse transformer drives.
