The TC1412/TC1412N is a high-speed MOSFET driver designed for efficient operation in various applications, including switch mode power supplies and relay drivers. It features a peak output current capability of 2A and operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 16V. The driver is latch-up protected, can withstand reverse currents of up to 500mA, and is ESD protected up to 2.0kV (HBM) and 400V (MM). The device is capable of driving capacitive loads of 1000pF with a short delay time of approximately 35ns, ensuring matched rise and fall times for improved performance. It has low output impedance of 4Oc and low supply current consumption, making it suitable for power-sensitive applications.
