It features a peak output current capability of 2A and operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 16V. The driver is latch-up protected, can withstand reverse currents of up to 500mA, and is ESD protected up to 2.0kV (HBM) and 400V (MM). The device is capable of driving capacitive loads of 1000pF with a short delay time of approximately 35ns, ensuring matched rise and fall times for improved performance.
