The TC1304-ZS0EMFTR is a dual-output voltage regulator that combines a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low-dropout regulator (LDO) in a compact 10-pin DFN or MSOP package. It features a power-good output with a 300 ms delay, which can monitor the status of the buck and LDO outputs. The buck regulator operates with over 90% efficiency at a fixed frequency of 2.0 MHz under heavy load and automatically transitions to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode at lighter loads to minimize quiescent current, which is typically 65 ¬µA. The LDO has a low dropout voltage of 137 mV at 200 mA and supports standard fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The device includes features such as undervoltage lockout, output short circuit protection, and overtemperature protection, making it suitable for applications in cellular phones, portable computers, USB-powered devices, and handheld medical instruments. The operating junction temperature range is from -40¬8C to +125¬8C, ensuring reliability in various environments.
