The TC1304-VP0EMFTR is a dual-output voltage regulator that combines a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low-dropout (LDO) regulator. It features a power-good output with a 300 ms delay, which is useful for monitoring the output voltages. The device operates with a total quiescent current of 65 ¬µA and includes independent shutdown controls for both outputs. The synchronous buck regulator achieves over 90% efficiency at a fixed frequency of 2.0 MHz under heavy load conditions, while automatically transitioning to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode at lighter loads to conserve power. The output voltage for the buck regulator is adjustable from 0.8V to 4.5V, with standard fixed output options available at 0.8V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The LDO has a typical dropout voltage of 137 mV at 200 mA and offers fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The TC1304-VP0EMFTR is packaged in a compact 10-pin DFN or MSOP format and is rated for operation over a junction temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C.
