The TC1304-VI0EUN is a dual-output voltage regulator that combines a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low-dropout (LDO) regulator. It features a power-good output with a 300 ms delay, making it suitable for applications requiring voltage monitoring and sequencing. The buck regulator operates at a fixed frequency of 2.0 MHz, achieving over 90% efficiency under heavy load conditions, and automatically transitions to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode at lighter loads to minimize quiescent current, which is typically 65 ¬µA. The LDO regulator has a low dropout voltage of 137 mV at 200 mA, supporting standard fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The device includes protection features such as undervoltage lockout, output short circuit protection, and overtemperature protection. It is available in a compact 10-pin DFN or MSOP package and operates over a junction temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C.
