The TC1303B-PF0EMFTR is a dual-output voltage regulator from Lingto Electronic Limited, featuring a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low-dropout regulator (LDO). The buck regulator operates with over 90% efficiency at a fixed frequency of 2.0 MHz under heavy load and transitions to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode at lighter loads to reduce quiescent current, which is typically 65 ¬µA. The LDO has a low dropout voltage of 137 mV at 200 mA and supports standard fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The device includes a power-good output with a 300 ms delay, which can monitor the buck output, LDO output, or both, depending on the configuration. It also features independent shutdown controls for both outputs, undervoltage lockout, output short circuit protection, and overtemperature protection. The TC1303B is available in compact 10-pin DFN or MSOP packages and operates over a junction temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C, making it suitable for applications in cellular phones, portable computers, USB-powered devices, and handheld medical instruments.
