The TC1303B-DG0EMF is a dual-output voltage regulator from Lingto Electronic Limited, featuring a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low-dropout regulator (LDO). The buck regulator operates with over 90% efficiency at a fixed frequency of 2.0 MHz under heavy load conditions and transitions to Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) mode at lighter loads to minimize quiescent current, which is typically 65 ¬µA. The LDO has a low dropout voltage of 137 mV at 200 mA and supports standard fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The device includes a power-good output with a 300 ms delay, which monitors the regulation of both outputs, and features independent shutdown controls for the buck and LDO outputs. It is designed for applications in portable devices such as cellular phones, USB-powered devices, and handheld medical instruments.
