The TC1303A-ZA0EUN is a dual-output voltage regulator from Lingto Electronic Limited, featuring a 500 mA synchronous buck regulator and a 300 mA low-dropout regulator (LDO). The buck regulator operates at a fixed frequency of 2.0 MHz under heavy load conditions, achieving over 90% efficiency, and transitions to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode at lighter loads to minimize quiescent current, which is typically 65 ¬µA. The LDO has a low dropout voltage of 137 mV at 200 mA and supports standard fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. The device includes a power-good output with a 300 ms delay, which can monitor the status of the buck and LDO outputs. It also features independent shutdown controls for both outputs, undervoltage lockout, output short circuit protection, and overtemperature protection.
