The SY10E116JI is a quint differential line receiver designed for high-performance ECL systems. It features a maximum propagation delay of 450 ps and operates within an extended VEE range of -4.2V to -5.5V. The device includes internal 75 k,Ѷ input pulldown resistors and is fully compatible with industry-standard 10KH and 100K I/O levels, as well as with Motorola MC10E/100E116 devices. The SY10E116JI has emitter-follower outputs and an internally generated reference supply (VBB) for single-ended reception. It incorporates active current sources and Micrel,Äôs ASSET,Ñ¢ technology, which enhance common mode noise rejection. The device also includes clamp circuitry that defines output states when both inputs are left open. It is packaged in a 28-pin PLCC format, making it suitable for various applications requiring reliable differential signal reception.
