The SY100E404JZ is a quad differential AND/NAND logic gate designed for high-speed applications. It operates within an extended VEE range of -4.2V to -5.5V and features a maximum propagation delay of 700ps, making it suitable for pulse shaping applications where duty cycle skew is critical. The device includes internal 75K,Ѷ input pull-down resistors and is fully compatible with Motorola 10E/100E404 series components. The differential inputs and outputs allow for versatile configurations, enabling the device to function as fully differential 2-input OR/NOR gates. The output rise and fall times are significantly faster than standard ECLinPS devices, enhancing bandwidth performance.
