The SST12LP14A-QVCE is a high-power, high-gain RF amplifier designed for 2.4-2.5 GHz applications, utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT technology. It typically delivers 29 dB of gain with a power-added efficiency of 23% at an output power of 22 dBm for 802.11g applications, and 25% efficiency at 23 dBm for 802.11b.
