The MT8809APR1 is an 8x8 analog switch array designed for low power dissipation and high reliability, utilizing ISO-CMOS technology. It features internal control latches and a 6 to 64 line decoder, allowing any of the 64 switches to be addressed and controlled via a DATA input. The device operates within a voltage range of 4.5V to 13.2V and supports 12Vpp analog signal capability. It has a maximum on-resistance (R_ON) of 65Oc at 12V and a low distortion characteristic, making it suitable for applications requiring minimal feedthrough and crosstalk. The MT8809APR1 is applicable in key systems, PBX systems, mobile radios, test equipment, and audio/video switching.
