N-channel JFETs in the 2N4858UB series are qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/385 and housed in a surface-mount TO-18 (TO-206AA) package. They operate with a gate-source voltage up to -30 V and a drain-source voltage up to 30 V, with a power dissipation of 1.8 W at 25°C and a junction and storage temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. The gate reverse current is limited to -0.25 μA at -15 V, and the drain current ranges from 8.0 to 80 mA under specified conditions. The static drain-source on-state resistance is 60 Ω max, and the drain-source on-state voltage is 0.50 V max at 5.0 mA. Reverse transfer capacitance is 8.0 pF and input capacitance is 18 pF at 1.0 MHz. These devices meet MIL-PRF-19500/385 requirements for turn-on delay, rise time, and turn-off delay times.
